Agglomerati x Maria Tyakina
In collaboration with Bureau of Innovation, we present Agglomerati x Maria Tyakina: Geologies of Memory.
Set within our Melbourne showroom, the collection explores weight, balance, and material memory through a series of stone tables.
Designed by Rotterdam-based Maria Tyakina and curated by Agglomerati founder Sam Henley, the works bring together a range of investigations into a clear and cohesive body of work.
Each piece is defined by restraint. Form emerges through balance and accumulation, with stone acting not only as structure, but as a quiet record of time, pressure, and human touch.
The collection aligns closely with BACHLI’s approach. Grounded in material integrity, spatial clarity, and a considered, minimal language. It reflects a shared focus on thoughtful curation and objects that contribute meaningfully to a space.
For Melbourne-born Henley, whose practice has developed across Europe over the past decade, the presentation marks Agglomerati’s first dedicated body of work in Australia.
