What is bamboo silk? Bamboo silk is a cellulose fibre made from wood pulp, it is not silk, but is pure tencel. 

Best suited to lower traffic areas - lounge rooms, bedrooms, nooks  – spaces requiring an elegant texture that do not have a high traffic use.

Due to the nature of this fibre we strongly recommend having the Bamboo Silk treated with Microseal to protect it. This rug does not like liquid being spilt on it and requires specialist cleaning, please be aware of this and ensure it is fit for purpose before purchasing.
