Since 2002, architect/designer Alain Berteau works for leading international brands. 

Awarded "Designer of the Year" in 2006 at the Interieur Kortrijk Biennale, he won numerous international design awards such as IF or Red Dot, and some of his designs are part of the permanent collection of Museums.

He refurbished the Belgian artist residencies of the Isola Comacina on the Como lake in Italy, and was the curator for the design events of this institution until 2014.

His work is recognised for its simple but decisive functional innovation, eco-friendly solutions and versatile convenience.
