Business Development Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
Following the successful launch in 2022 and in response to increasing demand and ambitious growth plans, we're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
It would be beneficial if you had the following experience, although not critical. We are very invested in our people and will spend the time to train and pass on our knowledge wherever it's needed:
- A passion for helping clients to achieve their goals and objectives
- An appreciation and passion for all things design
- 3 years in an outbound sales role, experience in furniture is not necessary but highly favourable
- Warm and friendly with exceptional verbal and written communication
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Motivated by results, setting goals and targets and executing a strategy that's designed to achieve outcomes
- Able to apply a common-sense approach to problem-solving and decision making
- Strong commercial acumen (e.g able to negotiate payment terms, review contracts etc)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand the company's market presence
- Educating our clients (Architects, Interior Designers & Retail) on our product range
- Preparing quotations, proposals and conducting presentations
- Establishing and building strong relationships and creating new business opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing, product and operations teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
- Actively supporting and promoting BACHLI's Core Values
